Instructions:

• Open It: Remove warmer pouch from wrapper. DO NOT OPEN THE CLOTH POUCH.
• Stick It: Remove the paper backing and place the adhesive side of the warmer on top of your toe area, outside of your sock, or inside of top of your shoe. DO NOT STICK ADHESIVE WARMER DIRECTLY TO SKIN.
• Note: After placing in an enclosed area, warmers can take up to 20 minutes to reach maximum heat.
• After use, the warmers can be disposed of with regular household garbage.
